Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after your order is placed (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays beyond our control.

We currently ship within the United States. 

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Featherline Outfitters is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. If this occurs, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking information. However, feel free to email us at featherlineoutfitters@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue.
