You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

If your return is approved, we’ll email you a prepaid return label and instructions.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us right away if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.
Exchanges
For the fastest exchange, return the item and place a new order once your return is accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
